EDMONDS BASED PHARMACY PASSES THE TORCH TO AXIS PHARMACY NORTHWEST
AXIS Pharmacy Northwest will take over the operations of Pavilion Homecare Pharmacy on November 18th, 2016. Pavilion Homecare Pharmacy, located at 7320 216th St
SW in Edmonds, Washington, will be closing its doors on November 17th.
Pavilion Homecare Pharmacy, previously Hadfield’s Pharmacy, had been in business for over 30 years, taking care of the needs of many Long Term Care homes. Although the decision to close was difficult, the choice to pass over the reins to AXIS Pharmacy Northwest was not.
Much like Pavilion Homecare Pharmacy, AXIS Pharmacy Northwest is a dedicated pharmacy that is devoted to long term care. They service many Adult Family Homes in Washington with the philosophy of always putting the patients’ needs first. As a family-owned, independent pharmacy that has been in business in the local community for over 10 years, they understand the trials and hardships facing Adult Family Homes.
Membership in the Adult Family Home Council, ensures that AXIS Pharmacy Northwest
stays up to date on laws and changes that affect the Long Term Care community.
AXIS Pharmacy Northwest assures all involved that the transition will be seamless. They offer the same packaging and services that to which Pavilion customers have grown accustomed.
Many of the Pavilion Homecare pharmacists will be joining the already exceptional staff at AXIS Pharmacy Northwest.
Customers will also be able to participate in AXIS benefits such as free continuing education, medication disposal (new program in 2017), and in home flu shot service.

AXIS Pharmacy Northwest, currently located in South Everett, is expecting to be fully operational by Fall at their brand-new 9000 square foot Mountlake Terrace facility less than 10 minutes from the current Pavilion site. Located at 6007 244th St SW, Suite A2 in Mountlake Terrace, the new pharmacy is not only a more central location for AXIS Pharmacy Northwest’s customer base, but the state-of-the-art space is designed as a wellness center with expanded compounding capabilities and patient consultation rooms. Customers will have access to a broad range of health and wellness products, consultation services, and 1300 square foot Wellness Boutique.

AXIS Pharmacy NW, currently located in south Everett, will be relocating Fall 2016 to a new 9000 square foot facility located at 6007 244th St SW, Suite A2 in Mountlake Terrace with access to a broad range of health and wellness products, consultation services and “Wellness Boutique.”
