DSHS requires you to take 12 hours of continuing education before your birthday each year. Once your birthday has passed, you will be required to retake your 12 hours of continuing education again.

Please remember when requesting your account that you are only allowed to receive an account once per year.

Very happy repeat customer! Have been using them for many years now, once a month. They are very accommodating, and fill my script in a timely way. Very nice staff also! They also carry many holistic products, goodies for fur babies as they make many meds for pets, handmade jewelry, high quality unique hair clips, lip balms, and many other interesting things.
