As a current client of AXIS Pharmacy Northwest (Adult Family Home providers and their employees) you are eligible to take part in this FREE Continuing Education program.

DSHS requires you to take 12 hours of continuing education before your birthday each year. Once your birthday has passed, you will be required to retake your 12 hours of continuing education again.

Please remember when requesting your account that you are only allowed to receive an account once per year.
